BURLY BOARD

is an economical alternative to wood, fiberglass, or plastic sheeting. Burly Board is a white, UV stable product, with hardened steel sheets bonded to a solid poly core. This product is easier-to-clean, stronger, and more rigid that other wall covering materials. You can purchase Burly Board in standard 4′ x 8′ sheets or special order customized sizes.

Dog Door

All dog doors are custom made for each customer, to best suite their needs.
Notice the added reinforcement of the stainless steel strips to ensure the dogs & puppies aren’t able to chew through the doors.
When ordering please include the wall thickness, height and width of the door. And if you would prefer black or white.
Please note additional colors may be available upon request, but the minimum plastic orders for custom colors are rather large. However, they are able to color match.

Puppy Pens

Pen Specifics	Measures 10’ x 10’ are approximately 1’ off the ground
Use	Used after Weaning
Flooring	12.5 pieces of 2’ x 4’ dog flooring, black
Gating	Screwed to Polybeam using 1-1/8” Stainless Steel Tek screws, which is suspended roughly one foot off the ground
Sides	Sides are made out of 1-1/2” thick 30” tall PVC planking which are bolted together using PVC U-Channel
